Mass Market Representative - Namibia

• →Visit channel-specific outlets regularly to ensure product availability in collaboration with distributor teams.
• →Deploy company Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) across assigned outlets.
• →Oversee and support the execution of company activations within the designated channel.
• →Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, stock levels, and market activities.
• →Gather and report market insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.

• Minimum of a diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a degree is an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the Mass market and FMCG environment.
• Previous experience working in retail pharmacy is essential.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must be a resident of the country in scope and legally able to work there.
