SAP Sales and Distribution Business Analyst

• Collaborate with project teams, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create SD (OTC) solutions powered by SAP tools.

• Work with team members across different time zones to implement regulatory solutions like e-Invoicing in countries such as France, Spain, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia.

• Support bank integration for AR & AP modules.

• Act as an SME to translate project requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

• Utilize domain knowledge to effectively synthesize input from multiple stakeholders to maximize delivered value.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field.

• Strong technical background with outstanding communication, presentation, time management, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, both internally and externally, and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience as an SAP Consultant with at least 5 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

• Proficiency in all aspects of SD, including the definition and assignment of Enterprise Structure, management of Master Data, Sales Order processing, and potential integration with external systems such as SFDC, Coupa, Concur, Ariba, Mulesoft, etc.

• Expertise in Sales Documents (Sales Document Header, Sales Document Item, Sales Documents, Contracts).

• Knowledge of Pricing (Condition table, Condition type, Access sequence, Pricing procedure, and Condition record).

• Experience in Order Management, including the creation of Sales documents (Inquiry, Quotation, Sales order - standard order, rush order, cash sales, service order, returns), Deliveries (outbound & inbound), Billing, Invoicing, Credit memo, Debit memo, and the configuration and implementation of SAP LE processes, covering the complete range of functionalities like master data uploads.
