The Culture Development team plays a critical role in building the cultural foundation that supports our growth, from enhancing employee engagement to driving organizational transformation. We turn culture from words into actions and unlock the

  • 定期イベント・施策の実施に関する実務全般
  • グローバル施策の実施サポート業務
  • 社員エンゲージメントや組織文化の分析
  • 上記業務に必要なグッズ、備品の製作と管理

    2. Internal Communication に関する施策の企画サポートと実行
  • 企業文化に関する社内コミュニケーション施策の実行
  • 定期の全社集会実施のための企画と実務
  • 文化やバリューを体現するイベント・プログラムの運営
  • 社内ウェブサイトのコンテンツ作成、管理

    ３. CSR 活動および DEI 促進施策の実行サポート
  • 学生関連イベントの運営、DEI 施策の実務
    •  
    1. Plan and Execute Culture and Engagement Programs Aligned with Our Vision and Values 
  • Coordinate and execute recurring company-wide events and cultural initiatives
  • Support the implementation of global culture and engagement programs
  • Analyze employee engagement and organizational culture data
  • Plan, produce, and manage promotional materials, merchandise, and related 
    resources required for initiatives and events
    • 2. Support and Execute Internal Communication Initiatives 
  • Implement internal communication programs that strengthen and reinforce company culture
  • Support the planning and operation of regular company-wide meetings and town halls
  • Coordinate events and programs that bring our culture, values, and ways of working to life
  • Create, manage, and maintain content for internal communication platforms and intranet sites
    • 3. Support CSR and DE&I Initiatives 
  • Support the planning and execution of CSR activities and community 
    engagement programs
  • Coordinate student outreach programs and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

  • Microsoft Office（PowerPoint、Excel、Word）および各種コラボレーションツールを活用した業務経験
  • 日本語、英語による高い文章作成力・コミュニケーション能力（会話・読み書きいずれもビジネスレベル）
  • 英語での業務経験（メール、会議、資料作成など）
  • グローバル環境での就業経験、および多文化理解能力

  • Culture Development、組織開発、人事企画、Internal Communication の実務経験
  • 全社イベント、タウンホールミーティング、社内キャンペーン等の企画・運営経験
  • 社員エンゲージメント向上施策の企画・実行経験
  • グローバル環境におけるプロジェクト推進経験
  • 社内ポータルやイントラネットの運営経験
  • 社内報、記事、動画などのコンテンツ制作経験
  • CSR、サステナビリティ、社会貢献活動の企画・運営経験
  • DE&I（Diversity, Equity & Inclusion）施策の推進経験
  • データ分析やアンケート結果の集計・分析経験
  • 正解のない環境で試行錯誤しながら新しい取り組みや文化を作り上げた経験
  • 人と組織に関心を持ち、多様な価値観を尊重できる方
  • 自ら課題を発見し、主体的に行動できる方
  • 細部まで丁寧に業務を遂行できる方
  • 企画だけでなく実行までやり切れる方

    Basic Qualifications 

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment or related organization
  • Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives and projects forward
  • Experience planning and coordinating events and projects
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Experience working in Japanese, including email communication, meetings, and presentation/document preparation
  • Experience working in a global environment and ability to collaborate effectively across cultures
  • Strong alignment with ispace's vision, culture, values, and ways of working

    • Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in Culture Development, Organizational Development, HR 
    Planning, Internal Communications, or related functions
  • Experience planning and executing company-wide events, town halls, and employee engagement campaigns
  • Experience designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
  • Experience managing projects in a global and multicultural environment
  • Experience managing internal portals, intranet sites, or employee 
    communication platforms
  • Content creation experience, including internal articles, newsletters, videos, and other communication materials
  • Experience planning and supporting CSR, sustainability, and social contribution initiatives
  • Experience promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) programs
  • Experience analyzing employee surveys and organizational data
  • Proven ability to build new programs, initiatives, or cultural practices in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments

  • Regular onsite attendance at our Nihonbashi, Tokyo office is encouraged to promote company understanding, collaboration, and communication
