適時開示・臨時報告書等の各種開示書類の対応
四半期の決算対応（決算説明資料の作成、決算説明会の企画・運営等）
IR対応（機関投資家・アナリストとの1on1、個人投資家及び機関投資家向けセミナーのアレンジ等）
IR戦略の立案及び実行

【事業計画】
事業計画の策定・更新及び各種シミュレーション
計画に基づく財務分析（プロジェクトの収益性や財務影響の試算等）
月次の予実分析

IRグループのメンバーの背景：
・マネージャー含め、3名のメンバーが所属しております（以下、経歴）
（メガバンク、上場／非上場スタートアップ、プライム市場上場企業）
・メンバー年齢層：20代後半～30代
・Financeグループとの連携機会が多いです
  • IR関連領域における5年以上の経験
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル（当社はグローバル企業ですが、日本のIRグループでは相応に日本語のやり取りが発生します）
  • 英語：日常会話レベル（ビジネスレベルがベターですが、文書・口頭での英語のコミュニケーションに尻込みしない気持ちがあれば問いません）
  • 会計の基礎的知識
  • 前例がなく困難なことでもどうすれば実現出来るのか考え抜く強いチャレンジ精神
  • 複雑な事象でも要点を捉えシンプルに伝達できるコミュニケーション能力
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル
  • IR戦略（個人・機関投資家）の立案及び実行の経験
  • 上場企業におけるIR（適時開示、四半期決算等）の経験
  • 決算資料等のPower Point資料作成経験
  • 各自が一定の専門性と強い責任感を持って業務に取り組んでいます。また、会社経営陣との距離も非常に近く、
  • 若くして会社の重要意思決定に関与できる機会も多くあります。
  • 入社後にすぐにキャッチアップしてご活躍頂けるように、チームメンバーからの業務内容等に関する紹介やIRの経験が浅いメンバー向けの研修などグループ独自の取組みも実施しています。
  • また、マネージャー・メンバー間の定期的な1on1やグループMTGを通して、非常に風通しの良い環境となっています。育児など、メンバーそれぞれのプライベートを尊重し、リモートワークと出社を併用した柔軟な働き方を推奨しています。
