→Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
→Meet with customers to understand and analyze their business processes and operational requirements.
→Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
→Prepare functional documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Meeting Minutes (MoMs), and functional specifications.
→Configure and set up Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central according to client requirements.
→Prepare detailed functional documents for the technical team to support required customizations or developments.
→Conduct functional testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements before deployment.
→Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assist users during testing, and address functional questions and feedback.
→Deliver end-user training sessions and prepare user documentation when required.
→Provide functional support during system go-live and ensure a smooth transition to production.
→Work closely with technical consultants to escalate technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Microsoft Dynamics NAV) implementations is preferred.
Ability to prepare clear and structured functional documentation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
