Responsibilities

→Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual machines, storage, networking components, and cloud services.
→Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions.
→Manage identity and access controls, including IAM, roles, and security policies.
→Perform system upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and security hardening activities.
→Monitor infrastructure performance and conduct regular service health checks.
→Troubleshoot technical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
→Support and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
→Work with hyper-converged infrastructure solutions and related technologies.
→Manage backup solutions, disaster recovery processes, and ensure data protection.
→Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and operational activities.
→Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
→Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions to manage incidents, requests, and changes.
→Fulfill technical requests from clients and provide timely support.
→Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth infrastructure operations.

Requirements
