This role is responsible for ensuring product quality by performing inspections, testing, and monitoring production processes. This role helps maintain quality standards and supports continuous improvement on the production line.

Responsibilities

→Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
→Perform quality checks and testing according to standards and procedures
→Identify and report defects, non-conformance, and quality issues
→Work closely with production teams to ensure quality compliance
→Record and maintain inspection data and quality reports
→Support investigation and root cause analysis of quality problems
→Ensure production follows quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions

Requirements

Diploma or above education background
1–3 years of experience
Basic knowledge of quality control processes and tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)

Thực hiện kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu đầu vào, trong quá trình sản xuất và thành phẩm cuối cùng
Tiến hành kiểm tra chất lượng và thử nghiệm theo tiêu chuẩn và quy trình đã quy định
Phát hiện và báo cáo các lỗi, sản phẩm không phù hợp và các vấn đề về chất lượng
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận sản xuất để đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu chất lượng
Ghi nhận, lưu trữ dữ liệu kiểm tra và lập báo cáo chất lượng
Hỗ trợ điều tra và phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các vấn đề chất lượng
Đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, SOP và hướng dẫn công việc

Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
Có 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan (ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm quản lý tổ/nhóm QC)
Có kiến thức cơ bản về quy trình và công cụ kiểm soát chất lượng
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng làm việc nhóm
Kỹ năng tin học cơ bản (Excel, lập báo cáo)
