Bobcat Operator

The JADA Group of Companies is seeking experienced and safety-conscious individuals to join our operations team as Bobcat Operators. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: • Operate Bobcat/skid-steer machinery to transport materials, load/unload equipment, and assist in site preparation and cleanup. • Perform pre-start checks and routine inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order. • Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the Bobcat both internally and externally. • Execute minor grading and excavation tasks in tight spaces and confined job sites. • Perform light demolition, debris cleanup, and landscaping assistance. • Follow instructions from supervisors and coordinate with other equipment operators and ground personnel. • Ensure all operations comply with company safety policies and local regulations. • Monitor operating conditions and promptly report any mechanical issues or unsafe conditions. • Keep accurate records of machine use, fuel levels, and hours worked, and complete daily checklists. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a Bobcat or Skid-steer loader or similar equipment. • Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License or certification. CORE COMPETENCIES: • Knowledge of construction site safety standards and operating procedures. • Ability to read and follow work instructions, site layouts, or verbal directions. • Must be physically fit and able to lift or move materials when required. • Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness. • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends. • Must be punctual and reliable.
