Bulldozer Operator

The JADA Group of Companies is seeking experienced and safety-conscious individuals to join our operations team as Bulldozer Operators. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: • Operate bulldozers to move, level, and grade earth, rock, gravel, or other materials during construction and related activities. • Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is safe, clean, and properly maintained. • Perform minor servicing and maintenance of the bulldozer (e.g., oil levels, coolant, greasing). • Follow site plans, blueprints, and grade stakes to ensure accurate grading and excavation. • Ensure efficient and safe operation of equipment in accordance with site safety policies. • Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate movement and tasks. • Adhere to safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents immediately. • Record operating hours, fuel usage, and maintenance activities as required. • Assist in loading and unloading equipment for transport as needed. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a bulldozer or similar heavy equipment. • Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License or certification CORE COMPETENCIES: • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety procedures. • Good understanding of terrain grading and earth-moving practices. • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and rugged terrain. • Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination. • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends. • Must be punctual and reliable.
