Concrete and Dump Truck Drivers

The JADA Group of Companies is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Concrete and Dump Truck Drivers to join our dynamic operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of materials to and from job sites, while upholding company standards and ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: • Operate concrete mixer trucks and/or dump trucks to deliver materials to assigned locations. • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues immediately. • Ensure accurate documentation of loads using delivery tickets and weighbridge records. • Adhere to all road safety regulations, site entry/exit procedures, and company policies. • Assist with basic truck cleaning and upkeep to maintain a professional appearance. • Follow designated routes and communicate effectively with clerks and supervisors. Requirements CORE COMPETENCIES: • Valid heavy-duty driver’s license with clean driving record. • Minimum 3 years’ experience operating dump trucks and/or concrete mixers. • Familiarity with weighbridge procedures and site safety protocols. • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required. • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is an asset.
