Are you a qualified HVAC Technician looking to expand your career into Building Management Systems (BMS)?

We are seeking motivated HVAC professionals who are interested in transitioning into a BMS Trainee role through a structured 3-month onboarding and development program. This is an excellent opportunity to build new technical capabilities, gain hands-on experience with industry-leading technologies, and develop a rewarding career with a global market leader.

Our comprehensive trainee program includes:

• OEM-certified BMS training through an intensive 3-month development program.

• End-to-end project exposure across turnkey controls installation projects.

• Experience in BMS service, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.

• Training on internal CRM and service management tools.

• Qualified HVAC Technician.

• Commercial HVAC service and operational experience.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A proactive commitment to identifying and resolving safety risks.

• Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Sydney metropolitan area.
