• →Manage and update the Service Quote CRM to meet key performance targets
• →Drive revenue by booking customer appointments and scheduling engineers
• →Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely completion of paid works
• →Use data insights to identify gaps, prioritise workloads, and unlock new revenue opportunities

• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Confidence in customer relationship management and strategic planning
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience in conflict resolution and rapport building
• Sales or planning experience, ideally in field-based operations (desirable)
