HVAC Owner Account Rep

Under general direction, responsible for the sale of HVAC service, building automation (BAS), and retrofit solutions to building owners and facility leaders. Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition by providing technical and business solutions that improve building performance.

Build and manage long-term customer relationships while identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities. Position renewable service agreements as the foundation of account relationships, while expanding accounts through service agreement growth and retrofit opportunities across HVAC and building controls systems.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
Experience selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, or recurring revenue solutions
Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or building automation systems
Experience identifying and selling retrofit or system upgrade opportunities
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
Exposure to formal sales processes or methodologies

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $60,400-$90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
