We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager - Projects to lead and manage project execution activities in the CFS (Clean Fire Suppression Systems) and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project planning, execution, installation, commissioning, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

→Manage end-to-end project execution for CFS and IBMS projects.
→Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
→Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
→Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
→Ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, and timelines.
→Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
→Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
→Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to management.
→Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
→Support billing, documentation, and project closure activities.
→Manage customer relationships and resolve project-related issues effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
