Responsibilities

Drive market growth by working with Field teams to properly capture, size and prioritize market opportunities and requirements
→
Manage portfolio track performance (win rates, margins, product success), identify opportunities and strategis for performance improvement
→
Lead product strategy and New Product Introductions (NPI) based on market needs
→
Understand competitive landscape, define pricing strategies, lead growth room discussions and optimize commercial performance
→
Enable and support sales teams, including complex deal support
→
Integrate lifecycle solutions to grow install base and long-term service revenue

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Strong experience in industrial refrigeration or similar technical industry
Proven track record in commercial leadership or solution/portfolio management
Solid understanding of systems sales and lifecycle service models
Strong analytical and financial acumen (pricing, margins, business cases)
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across matrix organizations
