Service Technician - Industrial Refrigeration (Gordon Brothers)

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work across Queensland, we're looking for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our Brisbane-based service team.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing industrial refrigeration systems across a diverse range of customer sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions.

This hands-on role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• →Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown service work on industrial refrigeration systems
• →Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults to minimise downtime
• →Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
• →Build strong relationships with customers and provide technical advice when required
• →Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• →Contribute to a positive safety-first culture

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or equivalent industry experience
• Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Restricted Electrical Licence
• Experience working on industrial refrigeration systems
• Ammonia refrigeration experienceCurrent Australian Driver's Licence
• Strong commitment to workplace safety

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and proactive approach to service work
