 What You’ll Do

As a Test Lab Operator, you’ll play a key role in testing and analyzing cutting-edge HVAC systems and components. You’ll work hands-on with advanced equipment, support engineering teams, and contribute to the development of sustainable building technologies.

• →Setting up and operating test facilities and data acquisition systems
• →Performing mechanical and electrical connections, brazing, and instrumentation installs
• →Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment under test
• →Recording and analyzing test data using manual and computer systems
• →Collaborating with engineers and technicians to meet project goals
• →Ensuring safety and environmental compliance in all tasks

• →Experience with tools, instrumentation, and facility equipment
• →Comfort with lifting, rigging, and working in dynamic environments
