Transportation Analyst Europe

• →Analyze transportation and logistics data from multiple sources to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
• →Monitor carrier performance and conduct root cause analysis to address service and operational issues.
• →Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transportation performance.
• →Act as an escalation point for operational transportation challenges.
• →Support carrier onboarding activities, transportation compliance audits, and RFQ processes.
• →Serve as the primary contact for our external freight audit and payment provider.

• Develop, automate, and continuously improve transportation KPI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Build insightful reports using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Track key transportation metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare and facilitate freight review meetings with internal customers and business partners.

• Work closely with Logistics Procurement teams to maximize transportation value and leverage regional spend.
• Partner with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with our Logistics Support Team in Chennai, India.
• Communicate project progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders across Europe.

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation analysis, logistics, or supply chain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Advanced Power Query skills
• Experience working with Freight Audit & Pay providers
•  Experience in an international manufacturing or distribution environment
