• 社内の多数の製品のうち、能動医療機器(電動医療機器)の受入検査、検査プロセスのマネージメント

• 検査委託業者の方の管理監督業務

• 関連部門(国内、及び海外ヨーロッパ拠点)との調整、定期的なコール

• 新製品導入プロジェクトへの参加、及びプロセスの構築、及び改善

• 手順書の作成・改訂

• 品質に関する監査（外部・内部）の準備および対応(年複数回)

• 短期的な部門戦略・目標設定、進捗管理、業務管理

• 須賀川事業所/CQ戦略的優先課題プロジェクト活動のリード、及び参加

• 須賀川事業所内委員会活動への参加

• 製造、QA/QC、修理、保守業務の経験

• GMP、ISO13485又はISO9001に基づいた業務の経験

• 設計・開発業務の経験　

• 業界経験は、GMPが厳しい医薬品、医療機器、化粧品などが好ましいが、自動車、半導体などの電気系を扱う製造業界経験でも可能

・英語力（ビジネスレベル以上必須）：海外とのテレカンファに日本の代表として出席し、調整交渉ができるレベル、英語での読み書き、資料作成能力

• 電気に関連する基礎的な知識

• 薬機法、ISO13485又はISO9001の基礎的な知識

• 業務の課題・問題点を調査・分析し、全社的視点で改善できる能力

• PC関連の基礎（Word, Excel, Outlook, PPTなど）

・多様な考えを受け入れ、新しいこと、変化・変更にチャレンジするマインドセットをお持ちの方

・常に向上心を持ち学習意欲が高い方で、学んだことを実践に繋げることができる方

・高いコミュニケーション能力を持ち、関連部門との良好な関係を構築できる方

・サプライチェーンマネジメント(広義)、品質マネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメントなど

の領域で能力開発意欲の高い方

・改善に対して心理的なハードルがなく、ロジカルシンキングを用いて業務効率化に継続的に取り組める方

基本週５日は事業所勤務、一部の場合、在宅勤務可能

車通勤あり（下道片道２時間以内圏内居住要）
