Director, Project / Programme Execution

This role serves as the primary business operations-to-technology transition lead supporting the WPM Technology & Digital Transformation function across APAC. The role bridges Operations, Technology Delivery Teams, and WPM Stakeholders to ensure technology implementations deliver sustainable operational outcomes, data integrity, governance, adoption, and business value.

• →Partner with WPM FM Operations, Account Teams, and Technology Delivery teams incl Corrigo Deployment team to drive successful technology and data transition programs across APAC WPM.
• →Assess operational readiness, process maturity, and data quality prior to technology deployments and account onboarding activities.
• →Develop and maintain standardized Tech & Data transition frameworks, deployment playbooks, governance models, and best practices suis each Account transitioned.
• →Establish readiness criteria, go-live checkpoints, and post-deployment stabilization processes.
• →Translate business requirements into technology and data requirements, ensuring alignment between operational needs and system capabilities including KPI reporting.
• →Drive account specific data governance initiatives, reporting standards, data ownership, and quality controls.
• →Develop and execute change management, communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• →Facilitate stakeholder engagement across regional and global teams.
• →Identify process improvement, automation, analytics, and AI opportunities.
• →Maintain transition documentation, governance records, and deployment standards.
• →Perform other transition duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, technology implementation, business process improvement, workplace management, facilities management, or related fields.
• Experience leading business readiness, transition, or change management initiatives for technology deployments.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into operational and technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Power Platform, and reporting tools.

• Experience with Corrigo, ServiceNow, or other JLL WPM / EDP technology platforms.
• Experience supporting regional or global transformation programs.
• Certification in Change Management, Agile, Project Management, Human Centred Design (HCD) or Scrum
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital workplace initiatives.
