What You'll Do

Be the on-site leader ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service at our premium Frankfurt corporate site.

• Manage all facility operations in compliance with German legal requirements
• Oversee vendor performance, budgets, and procurement processes
• Serve as primary facilities contact for clients and stakeholders
• Maintain critical environment standards and risk management programs
• Implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Ensure HSSE and financial compliance across operations

What We're Looking For

Essential experience:

• 5-10 years in Facility Management
• Hospitality background highly valued – we need someone with a genuine service mindset!
• Strong vendor management capabilities
• Fluent German AND English (both essential for this role)

• Hands-on mentality – roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Service-oriented mindset – anticipate needs and deliver exceptional experiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

• Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
• Solid IT proficiency
• HSSE knowledge
