The India Region Lead is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance and integrated facilities management service delivery of the client's India portfolio, encompassing approximately 4 million square feet across owned and leased facilities, representing the majority of space in the broader APAC account portfolio.

Reporting directly to the Regional Account Director, the role holds overall responsibility for the performance of the India account operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of safe, compliant, efficient and high-quality facilities management services in alignment with contractual obligations, client expectations and regional business objectives.

This is a senior leadership position requiring a combination of operational expertise, commercial acumen, strategic thinking and strong client relationship management. The successful candidate will be expected to operate beyond traditional facilities management, providing meaningful business insights, identifying opportunities for value creation and contributing to regional account strategy, financial performance and portfolio planning.

The position will lead a geographically dispersed team of senior Facilities Managers and operational teams, providing direction and oversight across both hard and soft services while ensuring effective integration with specialist functions including Engineering, Projects, Workplace Experience, Sustainability and Health & Safety.

A key element of the role will be the ability to influence and coordinate outcomes across a matrixed organisational structure, working collaboratively with regional functional leaders and specialist verticals that may operate outside the direct reporting hierarchy.

The India Region Lead will act as a senior point of accountability for country-level service performance, operational risk, financial management and client engagement, ensuring that India operations contribute effectively to the wider APAC account strategy and performance objectives.
