Professional Facilities Manager

·       Liaise and work collaboratively with customer contacts

·       Recruit, train, coach and hold your teams accountable

·       Supervise daily processes to completion

·       Ensure reception, hospitality and mail services are delivered within SLA’s and compliant with applicable laws, rules, and regulations  

·       Provide back-up coverage for all services when necessary

·       Manage team member time, travel and overtime costs

·       Handle all inquiries and issues tactfully and confidently 

·       Respond to requests (verbal and email) in a timely manner

·       Develop processes and procedures across the account

·       Own projects end to end from tasks, management of resources to on time completion

·       Conduct audits to ensure quality expectations are met

·       Monitor facility related work orders

·       Other duties as assigned

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  

·       3-5 years prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations property management, or related profession  

·       2 years prior experience leading a team

·       Confident, friendly & engaging 

·       Customer focused mentality with a passion for hospitality 

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate professionally at all levels  

·       Meticulous with strong organizational and time management skills 

·       Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative  

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMs and Outlook)
