Property Manager

Managing housing complexes, residential townships and residential communities requires subject matter expertise, customised services and a commitment to creating a seamless yet enjoyable living experience. You will be working at SP Park West Phase I, which is a residential complex, located at Binnipete, Bangalore.

You will be reporting to Operation Manager.

You will have a Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical /Civil /Marine Engineering OR equivalent, with min 7 to 8 years of work experience in Facility Industry /Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry. For residential sites candidates with residential experience will be preferred.
