  • →Maintain operational accountability for approximately 16 facilities across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, ensuring awareness of facility conditions, risks, vendor performance, and work-order metrics.
  • →Balance and prioritize competing demands including work orders, incidents, projects, client requests, preventive maintenance, and operational initiatives across the portfolio.
  • →Lead response and recovery efforts for significant facility incidents and business disruptions while ensuring proper documentation, inspections, compliance, and operational records.

  • →Build trusted relationships across client leadership, landlords, vendors, and functional partners; translate complex facilities issues into concise, business-focused updates for executive stakeholders identifying impact, risk, action, ownership, and timeline.
  • →Anticipate operational problems, challenge incomplete information, ensure due diligence before major decisions, and escalate material risks before they become client-facing failures.
  • →Drive vendor accountability, monitor service levels and performance through Corrigo CMMS, manage work-order aging and prioritization, and identify trends to improve portfolio performance.
  • →Support financial management including invoice validation, forecasting, and cost control; ensure work is properly scoped and authorized within established controls while identifying and escalating significant variances or financial risks.
