: Site Operations and Maintenance Coordinator

The Site Operations & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and uninterrupted operation of site facilities. This hands-on role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities, managing service providers, supporting daily site operations, and maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

• →Manage maintenance requests through the CMMS system, including tracking, prioritization, and closure.
• →Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity.
• →Oversee vendors and contractors on-site, ensuring quality performance and compliance with HSE requirements.
• →Support daily site operations, resolve facility-related issues, and escalate technical problems when needed.
• →Maintain service records, support audits, conduct safety tours, and promote a strong safety culture.

• At least 2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, operations, or technical coordination.
• Experience in a Facilities Management environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Native-level Hebrew and good English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
