Floor Care Technician

As a Floor Care Technician, you will travel to client locations to perform professional carpet and floor care services. This position will operate a company Transit van and travel throughout the Ann Arbor area. Monday-Friday 4:00 PM-11:00 PM

We’re looking for someone with janitorial, floor care, or related experience who is eager to develop specialized floor care skills

• →Travel to job sites in Ann Arbor based on scheduled work orders
• →Communicate work order updates and completion status with before-and-after pictures
• →Perform spot cleaning, pre-treatment, extraction, and other carpet care services
• →Perform hard-surface floor care, including scrubbing, stripping, buffing, and refinishing
• →Set up, operate, clean, and properly maintain floor care and extraction equipment
• →Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and client-specific instructions
• →Ability to work independently and professionally

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous carpet cleaning, floor care, maintenance, or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and supplies
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduled assignments
