Corporate Travel Management: Coordinate individual business trips and corporate events, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and other travel-related arrangements.

Traveler Support: Provide timely assistance to employees and executives before, during, and after their trips, ensuring a smooth travel experience and addressing requests efficiently.

Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with internal policies, approval procedures, budget guidelines, and established operational standards.

Bookings and Cost Optimization: Request and compare quotations, evaluate travel options, make reservations, and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising service quality.

Supplier Relationship Management: Negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial terms with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers.

Corporate Mobility Administration: Manage the corporate Uber program, including user access, cost center allocation, reporting, and support for employees using the service.

Travel Platform Management: Administer travel management platforms, maintaining user registrations, access permissions, travel policies, configurations, and system integrations.
