Contract Recruiter
Quick Summary
Train and coach hiring managers, align interviewers on evaluation criteria, strengthen interview practices, and maintain high standards throughout candidate assessment.
Join a fast-growing healthcare technology organization working to make healthcare innovation more accessible and improve patient outcomes. As a Contract Recruiter, you will partner directly with leadership to drive full-cycle hiring across the United States and Canada. This hands-on role offers significant autonomy in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment. The initial six-month contract may also provide an opportunity to extend the engagement or transition into a full-time Talent Partner position, depending on performance and business needs.
