In this role, you will own marketing automation, campaign development, attribution, quality assurance, and performance reporting. You will leverage HubSpot and Salesforce to build scalable campaigns that generate engagement and drive measurable business growth. By analyzing campaign data and running structured experiments, you will identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and optimize the marketing funnel. You will also collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen lead follow-up and create seamless customer journeys. This remote opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical marketing professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, creative execution, and continuous experimentation.

  • Campaign Development and Marketing Automation: Own the end-to-end technical execution of email and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, including audience segmentation, list management, workflow configuration, dynamic content, forms, and landing pages.
  • Lifecycle Marketing and Copywriting: Write, edit, and optimize email copy for nurture sequences and marketing campaigns, translating strategic objectives into effective, automated customer communications.
  • Campaign Tracking and Attribution: Manage UTM standards, campaign tagging, and tracking infrastructure to ensure consistent and reliable attribution across HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Quality Assurance: Serve as the primary quality control owner for campaign launches, validating links, personalization tokens, workflow logic, email rendering, and overall campaign functionality before deployment.
  • Performance Reporting and Analytics: Build and maintain campaign dashboards, analyze channel-level performance, and deliver actionable insights into engagement, conversion, and funnel effectiveness.
  • Conversion Optimization: Identify performance gaps and opportunities through data analysis, develop testing hypotheses, and design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across email programs and landing pages using tools such as VWO or similar platforms.
  • Sales Enablement and Lead Follow-Up: Support timely follow-up with engaged leads and accounts through Gong call workflows, thank-you emails, and sales enablement materials, helping maintain momentum after meetings and events.
  • Process Improvement and Scalability: Develop reusable campaign templates, streamline recurring workflows, and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and support scalable marketing execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to align campaign execution with business priorities, share performance findings, and continuously improve demand generation outcomes.
