This is an exciting opportunity for a technology leader to shape the future of legal technology by bringing together AI-powered solutions, enterprise platforms, and strategic technology partnerships. In this role, you will lead the architecture and technical delivery of integrated solutions that help law firms and corporate legal departments work more efficiently. You will define architecture standards, assess partner technologies, and ensure solutions meet demanding requirements for security, scalability, privacy, and reliability. Working across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships, you will translate complex customer needs into commercially viable solutions. You will also lead and develop a team of solutions architects while influencing strategic decisions with senior stakeholders. This remote leadership position combines technical expertise, business impact, and the opportunity to accelerate AI-driven innovation across the legal industry.

  • Solution Architecture and Design: Define and maintain reference architectures for partner-delivered legal technology solutions, including integration patterns, data flows, security controls, and privacy requirements. Translate customer workflows and partner capabilities into practical, scalable solution designs, and review technical proposals before commercial commitments are made.
  • Partner Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate partner platforms, APIs, AI models, and infrastructure for technical suitability, scalability, reliability, and compliance. Assess data residency, security practices, and AI governance, document risks, and advise leadership on investment opportunities and technical limitations.
  • Customer Engagement and Presales: Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, proofs of concept, and pilot programs with law firms and corporate legal departments. Support Sales teams with technical positioning, solution proposals, and responses to customer objections during complex commercial engagements.
  • Product and Engineering Collaboration: Partner with Product teams to shape roadmaps, prioritize integrations, and address gaps between partner commitments and product capabilities. Collaborate with Engineering on implementation, release readiness, ongoing support, and continuous improvement based on customer and partner feedback.
  • Delivery Quality and Performance Management: Establish technical success criteria, operational health metrics, and performance monitoring for partner solutions. Lead technical reviews and escalations, resolve issues when solutions fail to meet expectations, and recommend whether offerings should be improved, expanded, or retired.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Set strategic priorities and performance objectives for the solutions architecture team. Coach and mentor team members, strengthen expertise in AI, integrations, and legal workflows, and develop reusable architecture standards, reference materials, and shared technical knowledge.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to partner executives and internal leaders. Align stakeholders around solution feasibility, manage technical trade-offs, and ensure partner offerings deliver measurable customer value while meeting enterprise standards.
