We are seeking an experienced backend specialist to strengthen engineering productivity, technical quality, and platform evolution across multiple development squads. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate with Tech Leads, Architecture, and Engineering teams to establish technical standards, develop reusable solutions, and improve software delivery practices. You will bring strong expertise in C#/.NET and scalable backend systems, alongside a practical interest in applying generative AI to software development. By leveraging AI tools, agents, and automation, you will help accelerate coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and code reviews. This opportunity is ideal for a technically influential professional who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, sharing knowledge, and fostering continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

Work across multiple development squads to support technical decisions and drive platform evolution.
Partner with Tech Leads and Architecture teams to define engineering standards, best practices, and reusable technical solutions.
Identify development bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery efficiency.
Explore, implement, and promote the use of generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, skills, and automation workflows throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support the evolution of backend architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Design and develop reusable components, templates, and engineering tools that streamline development workflows.
Share technical knowledge, mentor engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering capabilities and practices.

Requirements

Solid experience in backend development and large-scale systems.
Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET.
Experience with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD practices.
Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar generative AI tools for software development.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices, including code generation and review, test creation, documentation, troubleshooting, AI agents, and automation.
Ability to collaborate across Architecture, Tech Leads, Engineering, and Product teams, with strong communication skills, technical influence, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Experience with Go (Golang).
Background in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience.
Experience building AI agents, skills, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, workflows, or AI-powered automations.
Experience in identity solutions, security, or fraud prevention.
