-
Proposal Development: Review customer specifications and prepare technical and commercial proposals, clearly identifying inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, technical qualifications, and deviations to mitigate project and commercial risks.
-
Technical Submittals and Documentation: Prepare system architecture diagrams, floor risers, control schematics, and specification compliance documents in accordance with regional requirements and project standards.
-
Cost Optimization and Value Engineering: Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve solution efficiency, and develop competitive proposals while maintaining technical quality and compliance with customer requirements.
-
Product and Solution Knowledge: Apply knowledge of building automation products and solutions to develop appropriate technical recommendations, maintain awareness of product ranges, and incorporate regional technical preferences into estimation activities.
-
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on estimates, proposals, and technical deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with applicable standards.
