This role combines strategic campaign alignment with hands-on execution of scalable, multichannel marketing programs, including virtual events, partner activations, direct mail, and executive engagement experiences. You will use audience segmentation, intent data, and performance analytics to identify high-potential accounts and deliver targeted programs that accelerate customer acquisition and expansion. The position offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact on pipeline performance in a fast-paced, technology-driven B2B SaaS environment. This fully remote, 12-month contract is suited to a proactive, data-driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment where priorities evolve quickly.

  • Field marketing strategy and execution: Lead the end-to-end execution and optimization of mass market field marketing programs, including virtual events, technical demonstrations, regional dinners, experiential engagements, direct mail, and integrated partner activations.
  • Program planning and calendar management: Develop and maintain quarterly marketing calendars aligned with global campaign themes, product launches, regional priorities, and pipeline contribution targets.
  • Audience segmentation and intent analysis: Analyze multiple data sources and third-party intent signals using tools such as Demandbase to identify in-market accounts, define granular audience segments, and guide campaign targeting and program investment decisions.
  • Multichannel campaign development: Create compelling marketing content, including event invitations, landing pages, email sequences, and follow-up nurture communications, tailored to target audiences and designed to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Pipeline generation and revenue contribution: Execute marketing initiatives that support quarterly pipeline targets, accelerate customer acquisition, and contribute to expansion opportunities across SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Performance measurement and optimization: Monitor registration, attendance, engagement, lead progression, and pipeline metrics. Deliver regular performance updates and actionable optimization recommendations to leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Campaign Operations, Data Operations, Marketing, Sales, and BDR teams to ensure campaigns are accurately targeted, properly tracked, and supported by timely lead follow-up.
  • Sales enablement and engagement: Work closely with sales and business development teams to communicate program objectives, encourage participation, coordinate outreach, and maximize the commercial impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Vendor and agency management: Coordinate external vendors, agencies, event venues, restaurants, and other service providers to support the successful delivery of field marketing programs.
  • Budget and ROI management: Oversee program budgets, monitor spending, evaluate return on investment, and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
  • Operational excellence and scalability: Maintain clear project plans, timelines, campaign briefs, status reports, and stakeholder communications. Document successful playbooks and best practices to enable repeatable, scalable execution across the mass market segment.
