The Power Sensing & Regulation CFO will serve as a strategic finance leader, partnering with senior executives to drive profitable growth, improve margins, and strengthen cash generation across a diverse industrial portfolio. This executive role oversees financial strategy and performance across multiple product lines, business units, manufacturing sites, and regions. You will lead the integration of financial processes, establish consistent reporting and planning frameworks, and improve financial visibility to support better business decisions. Working closely with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and integration teams, you will optimize product profitability, manufacturing efficiency, and capital allocation. You will also champion finance transformation through standardization, automation, and data-driven analytics while developing a high-performing finance organization. This is an opportunity to influence business strategy, strengthen operational performance, and contribute to the development of reliable electrical infrastructure that supports the global energy transition.

  • Lead financial strategy and business performance: Partner with senior business leadership to define and execute strategic plans, taking ownership of profit and loss (P&L), balance sheet performance, and free cash flow across business units, regions, and manufacturing sites.
  • Establish a unified financial operating framework: Standardize financial planning, reporting, controls, and performance metrics across the combined portfolio while aligning with broader organizational standards and respecting the specific needs of individual businesses.
  • Drive integration and synergies: Coordinate financial integration initiatives, align processes across business units, and identify, track, and validate integration-related costs, benefits, and operational synergies.
  • Oversee financial planning and forecasting: Lead long-term financial planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting, connecting market demand, orders, backlog, production capacity, and resource allocation to expected financial outcomes.
  • Improve profitability and commercial performance: Conduct financial reviews across products, customers, and sites; analyze pricing, sales mix, costs, and competitiveness; and collaborate with Commercial teams on pricing strategies, tenders, and contract terms to protect margins, cash flow, and risk exposure.
  • Optimize manufacturing and operational efficiency: Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Sourcing teams to reduce material costs, improve labor productivity, standardize products, and implement Lean initiatives. Translate factory utilization, production output, labor efficiency, and delivery performance into measurable financial improvements.
  • Strengthen cash flow and working capital: Improve inventory management, work in progress, billing efficiency, overdue receivables, and supplier payment terms to accelerate cash conversion and strengthen financial performance.
  • Guide investment and capital allocation: Evaluate capital expenditure, manufacturing capacity expansion, and product development initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and business cases to ensure investments support strategic priorities and deliver sustainable returns.
  • Maintain financial governance and compliance: Work closely with Controllership to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance with applicable financial policies and standards.
  • Transform finance operations: Simplify financial processes, expand automation and analytics, improve reporting efficiency, and establish consistent ways of working across the organization.
  • Build and develop the finance organization: Lead, mentor, and strengthen the PS&R finance team, clarify responsibilities, develop talent, and foster collaboration across business units, manufacturing sites, and regional finance teams.
  • Support executive decision-making: Translate complex financial information into actionable insights, communicate performance trends and risks, and influence cross-functional leaders to make informed decisions that support growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
