Working directly with the Chief Product Officer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product experience, driving roadmap development, feature definition, and UX optimization. Your mission will be to simplify complex workflows, create seamless experiences across product modules, and identify opportunities to improve onboarding, conversion, and customer engagement. By combining deep product exploration, data-driven decision-making, and strong UX judgment, you will help transform user needs into impactful product improvements. This role offers significant autonomy, direct access to senior leadership, and the opportunity to influence product strategy with minimal bureaucracy. It is ideal for a proactive product professional who thrives on ownership, rapid execution, and building AI solutions from the ground up.

  • Own the product roadmap, feature definition, and end-to-end user experience, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product's functionality, workflows, and interconnected modules to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Transform complex product capabilities into intuitive, consistent, and user-friendly experiences across dashboards, features, and integrated workflows.

  • Lead product discovery and design reviews, propose UX/UI improvements, and define new features that deliver meaningful value to users.

  • Identify friction points, usability gaps, inconsistencies, and missing connections through detailed product exploration and data analysis.

  • Optimize onboarding experiences to improve conversion rates, increase user activation, and reduce drop-off throughout the customer journey.

  • Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and behavioral signals to prioritize high-impact improvements and guide product decisions.

  • Compare product specifications, staging environments, and production releases to identify discrepancies, missing functionality, and potential regressions.

  • Create comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs), tickets, prototypes, and design specifications that provide clear direction for engineering and design teams.

  • Translate product insights into effective onboarding materials, product marketing pages, and in-app educational experiences.

  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams while independently driving product thinking, UX quality, and feature direction when needed.

  • Prioritize simple, effective solutions, minimize unnecessary interface complexity, and deliver improvements quickly with minimal oversight.
