This role offers the opportunity to lead complex HR technology and operational initiatives within a fast-growing, globally distributed organization.
You will own projects from planning through implementation, ensuring HR systems, processes, and workflows are delivered effectively and sustainably.
Working across People Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors, you’ll translate business needs into clear requirements and coordinated execution.
The position combines structured project management with process improvement, change management, automation, and HR technology.
You’ll help identify operational gaps and introduce solutions that improve efficiency, information flow, and employee experiences.
With significant cross-functional exposure, the role is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complex initiatives and driving projects from concept to successful adoption.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects, including HRIS implementations, system integrations, and process automation initiatives.
Coordinate projects across People Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors, ensuring requirements, responsibilities, and timelines are clearly understood.
Translate business needs into clear technical and operational requirements for HR systems and related projects.
Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, action items, and stakeholder communications.
Partner with People Operations and HR Systems teams on system configuration, testing, implementation, and rollout of new tools and workflows.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address issues that could affect delivery.
Drive process documentation and change management activities to support sustainable adoption across the organization.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within HR operations.
Recommend and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions where they can improve operational efficiency.
Keep stakeholders aligned throughout project lifecycles and ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

Requirements

4–6 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years working within HR or People Operations.
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, with UKG Pro, Workday, or similar systems strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, planning, execution, and delivery practices.
Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple business functions and external partners.
Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear information and requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout complex projects.
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and scaling environments where priorities may evolve.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and multiple workstreams.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to identifying operational gaps and improving processes.
Familiarity with process automation and AI-based solutions for operational improvement is beneficial.
PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent project management certification is a plus.
