As a Quality Coordinator, you will play an important role in maintaining and improving quality standards across projects and operational workflows. You will oversee quality analysis, coordinate improvement initiatives, and ensure that performance data is accurately monitored and reported. Working closely with Project Managers, Operations teams, and external vendors, you will help identify quality gaps and implement effective corrective actions. You will also develop quality dashboards, maintain documentation, and coordinate training activities to promote consistency and operational excellence. The role combines analytical thinking, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration in an international, remote working environment. Develop, maintain, and update quality dashboards tracking key performance indicators, including throughput, accuracy, error categories, and quality trends.

Prepare clear, concise quality reports and performance summaries for internal stakeholders and clients.

Conduct quality sampling and guideline-adherence checks to assess performance against established standards.

Identify, categorize, and document quality defects according to their severity and potential impact.

Monitor corrective and preventive actions through completion, verify retest results, and document outcomes.

Coordinate training sessions and refresher activities to improve team performance and ensure consistent application of quality standards.

Maintain and update quality guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and evaluation frameworks, ensuring proper version control and release documentation.

Prepare client-ready reports and data exports, including tables, charts, and supporting notes, with consistent formatting and accuracy.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations teams to coordinate reporting timelines, information requirements, and audit preparation.

Manage access requests and permissions for quality assurance tools, shared folders, and relevant documentation.

Support vendor coordination by managing checklists, service-level agreements (SLAs), and documentation requests.

Identify minor operational and process gaps and recommend practical improvements through templates, checklists, and workflow adjustments.

Support Project Managers in overall quality management and take shared responsibility for project quality outcomes.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their development and adherence to quality processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or a related language field is strongly preferred. Degrees in Quality Management, Operations, Business, Data, or Engineering are also considered, as is equivalent professional experience.

Graduates from top-tier universities are preferred.

3–7 years of experience in operations coordination, quality management, linguistic quality review, data analysis, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate priorities, and meet deadlines.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, quality issues, and process gaps.

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret quality metrics, identify trends, and prepare meaningful performance reports.

Good working knowledge of spreadsheets and task management platforms; familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.

Ability to develop, maintain, and interpret quality dashboards, reports, and performance indicators.

Understanding of quality assurance processes, standard operating procedures, and evaluation guidelines.

Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, Project Managers, and external vendors.

Proactive approach to identifying risks, escalating issues promptly, and following corrective actions through to completion.

Ability to work independently on routine operational and quality decisions while seeking guidance when handling non-standard situations.

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

Ability to manage small to medium-sized quality workstreams within established processes and frameworks.
