We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant specializing in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) to support complex logistics environments.
You will design, implement, support, and optimize SAP solutions across both public and private cloud editions.
Working with clients across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America, you will help align technology with business requirements.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between logistics and other SAP modules.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise, functional consulting, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement.
You will also contribute to user training, knowledge sharing, and the continuous improvement of enterprise processes in a multicultural environment.

You will take ownership of SAP logistics consulting activities, ensuring effective implementation, integration, and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and its integration with Transportation Management (TM).
Prepare functional specification documents and define and execute functional unit testing.
Apply SAP Best Practices and Scope Items across SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud editions.
Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for logistics-related business processes.
Lead and participate in SAP projects, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and customer expectations.
Deliver user training and help teams maximize the value of SAP capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics processes with modules such as FI, CO, MM, PP, QM, SCM, MM-IM, and EWM.
Provide ongoing support through ticketing systems, incident response processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain standardized documentation and processes in accordance with customer requirements and compliance standards.
Share knowledge and provide guidance to colleagues and stakeholders throughout project delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, strong functional knowledge of logistics processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with international teams. The following qualifications are required:

At least 7 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Edition and/or at least 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Edition, specifically in Sales and Transportation Management.
Proven experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP logistics solutions in complex environments.
SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Edition certification.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
Strong support experience using ticketing tools, incident response processes (IRT), and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and training capabilities.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve complex issues.
Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and a solution-oriented approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
