As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) and AI infrastructure deployments, overseeing projects from initial planning through production launch and operational handover. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and strategic partners to deliver high-performance computing infrastructure on time and in line with technical and commercial commitments. Beyond project execution, you will help build a scalable Project Management Office (PMO), establishing standardized processes, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices. You will also leverage automation and AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and create real-time project dashboards. Working across international teams in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Australia, you will operate in a dynamic, fast-growing technology environment. This is an opportunity to combine technical project leadership with process innovation while helping shape the future of enterprise AI infrastructure.
Lead end-to-end delivery of GPUaaS, AI infrastructure, hardware installations, and new data center or Point of Presence (PoP) deployments, from project initiation through production handover.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resource allocation, responsibilities, risks, decisions, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Product, Procurement, Data Center Operations, Service Delivery, Sales, customers, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure effective execution across all project workstreams.
Align hardware procurement, site readiness, networking, storage, compute infrastructure, platform deployment, and customer onboarding with technical requirements and agreed production dates.
Lead deployment acceptance, go-live readiness assessments, stabilization activities, and formal handovers to Service Delivery and Operations teams.
Manage multiple deployments simultaneously, balancing shared resources, competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
Design and standardize the deployment lifecycle, defining project stages, ownership, required inputs, approval gates, and entry and exit criteria.
Establish project governance practices, including kickoffs, readiness reviews, change control, decision logs, escalation procedures, and regular delivery reviews.
Create reusable templates, checklists, and operational runbooks to improve consistency, accelerate project initiation, and support deployments across different customers and regions.
Contribute to the development of a scalable PMO by implementing project management standards, delivery frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
Use AI-assisted development tools and automation technologies to design, document, and improve project workflows, reducing manual coordination and repetitive administrative tasks.
Collaborate with Engineering to integrate project workflows with internal systems, APIs, and data sources, automating status tracking, reporting, and routine updates wherever practical.
Build and maintain standardized, live project dashboards that draw directly from workflow data and provide a single source of truth for project status.
Deliver clear executive and operational reporting covering milestones, procurement progress, dependencies, risks, blockers, decisions, ownership, and next steps.
Identify risks, resource constraints, and dependency conflicts early, driving mitigation plans, escalations, and cross-functional resolution.
Communicate complex technical and operational issues clearly to leadership, customers, vendors, and partners, translating them into actionable decisions and next steps.
Conduct post-deployment reviews and incorporate lessons learned into standardized processes and future project delivery practices.
