  • Support accounts payable processing, including vendor invoice coding, three-way matching, payment runs, and vendor inquiries.

  • Assist with accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, and collections follow-up.

  • Maintain prepaid expense schedules and fixed asset registers, recording additions, disposals, and monthly depreciation.

  • Prepare and post recurring and adjusting journal entries, including accruals, reclassifications, and contractor-related expenses.

  • Support intercompany transactions, elimination entries, and reconciliation of balances across business entities.

  • Follow the month-end close checklist, meet reporting deadlines, and assist with profit and loss and balance sheet variance analysis.

  • Prepare supporting documentation and financial schedules for external audits, tax preparers, lenders, and investors.

  • Assist with sales tax reporting, 1099 preparation, and other compliance requirements.

  • Help maintain the chart of accounts, accounting policies, and internal control documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline recurring reconciliations and accounting processes.

  • Provide additional support for finance and financial planning and analysis requests from leadership and project teams.
