Safety Intern

Job Description 

• Coordinate safety equipment, supplies, signage, and apparel for all locations.
• Maintain employee safety records, certifications, licenses, training, DOT documentation, and drug testing records.
• Track renewals and expiration dates and follow up with employees and managers to ensure compliance.
• Schedule required safety and equipment training with outside vendors.
• Maintain safety and worksite inspection records.

• High school diploma or GED required; related education or experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new technology.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
