Commercial Roofer & Roofing Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Commercial Roofers and Roofing Laborers for projects located in or around Center, ND. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Roofer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

• Support an established commercial PVC roofing crew
• Move, stage, and position roofing materials throughout the jobsite
• Assist with insulation installation and fastening
• Handle and transport materials safely and efficiently
• Perform general roofing and construction labor duties
• Collect debris and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Remove snow and assist with site maintenance as needed
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and project requirements
• Other tasks as assigned

• Basic roofing or construction experience 
• Commercial roofing, flat roofing, PVC membrane, or insulation experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Ability to lift and carry roofing materials throughout the shift
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Strong commitment to teamwork and jobsite safety
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Workers with roofing experience should bring applicable hand tools
