BIM Modeler - Fire Fighting & Plumbing

Location: Mumbai, India. Working from Thane office

Job Title: BIM Modeler

Report to: BIM Manager

1. →

   Generate complete Mechanical, or Plumbing drawings/plans in Revit with minimal Engineer supervision for use in project.

  Utility Generation & Distribution P&IDs

• →

  Piping Layout drawings

• →

  Isometric drawings

2. Generate complete Combined Services Drawing

3. Ensure all drawings and records are updated, controlled and in placed throughout duration of project.

4. Works with our clients during pre-construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, As Built and Submittal drawings.

5. Calculate/design pipe sizing/pipe routing

6. Coordinate and work closely with other engineers and draftspersons.

7. Provide regular status updates to Superiors/Principal

8. Continuously undertake to improve and update technical skills through self-study and/or formal course work.

9. Assist in the general day-to-day operational activities and perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

   Diploma / ITI in Mechanical engineering

2. →

   Min. 1-2 years related working experience as BIM (Revit).

3. →

   Fresh graduates with exceptional skills in Revit are welcome to apply.

   Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Language

5. →

   Able to use BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and other related software.

6. →

   Must have knowledge of identifying and solving clashes.

7. →

   Able to carry out drafting work. Those with design experience will be an advantage

8. →

   Must be self-initiative, discipline, punctual and hardworking.

   Willing to work beyond regular hours when necessary, to meet deadlines and/or when requested
