Location: Brasil (BR) - São Paulo - Indaiatuba Function: Data and Analytics (CA) Title: Market Share Analyst - Indaiatuba/SP - 125613 ## As a Market Share Analyst for Marketing Communications and Insights (MCI) based at the Indaiatuba, SP facility, you will be responsible for gathering timely and accurate global sales data for Deere and the industry. You will deliver this information in adaptable formats to other teams across Deere to support analysis, strategic marketing, dealer engagements, incentive programs, and performance metrics ## Your Responsibilities * Analytics Capability to create and implement process tools for audit, accuracy and efficiency; * Gather Deere sales data, Industry Data and make it available through website, dashboards, and EDL; * Work with Trade Associations to provide Deere data and receive aggregated industry sales data; * Manage product, dealer, AOR, geography, and crop data used by Market Share system; * Research and answer questions about Market Share data and website. ## What Skills You Need * Complete degree computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Business & Analytics, or equivalent quantitative fields; * Advanced English: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, negotiates and provides training; * Experience using one or more visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, etc.); * Experience using one or more coding languages (SQL, R, Python, PySpark, etc.); * Strong data & analytics experience using Databricks, Enterprise Data Lake (EDL), DB2; * Demonstrated innovative skills that meet the needs of the global Sales & Marketing organization. ## What Makes You Stand Out * Background or proven experience in mining data for analytics insights; * Experience in communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audience; * Experience with marketing, sales, and/or retail channel. ### Our Main Benefits * Variable compensation * Health Insurance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Vision Care Benefit * Vaccination reimbursement * Corporate University * TotalPass * Depending on the location, on-site cafeteria, meal voucher, or food allowance * Pharmacy assistance * And more ### Our Recruitment Process The selection process begins with your application.
