We are seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in industrial and commercial site design to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing efficient, buildable solutions and collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to bring projects to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site design projects for industrial and commercial developments from concept through construction.
  • Develop and review site grading, utility, stormwater management, and erosion control plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and other design disciplines to ensure compliance with regulations and project objectives.
  • Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and permit applications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians, providing technical guidance and quality oversight.
  • Support business development efforts by preparing proposals and assisting in client presentations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license desired.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial/commercial site design.
  • Proficiency with civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal permitting processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
