Responsibilities

→Provide accurate and complete interpretation services between Arabic and English.
→Ensure clear and professional communication across various industries, particularly healthcare.
→Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the Interpreter’s Code of Conduct.
→Demonstrate excellent note-taking, listening, and memory retention skills.
→Continuously improve through internal training and professional certifications.
→Follow all technical and dress code requirements for remote interpretation.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Native Arabic speaker.
1+ years of OPI/VRI experience in a recognized interpretation company.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology (legal terminology is a plus).
International certifications in healthcare interpretation (PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA) are a plus.
High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
Minimum high school diploma in the native language.

Internet: Private, high-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload).
System: Windows 10 or higher, Intel Core i5+ processor, 8GB RAM minimum.
Equipment: Wired noise-canceling headset with built-in microphone (no wireless devices).
No external devices (tablets, cell phones, etc.) are allowed for work.
