Kids Club Supervisor

OBJECTIVE

As a Kids Club Supervisor you are responsible to ensure that all Kids Club responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner and your role will include key responsibilities

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Returns
Control expenses, with particular focus on activity expenses.
Cross-sell revenue generating activities

Ensure all financial transactions are handled in a secure manner.

People
Supervise day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
Educate and train all team members in compliance with federal, state and local laws and safety regulations. Ensure staff is properly trained on quality and service standards,
has the necessary tools and equipment, and is empowered to carry out job duties.

Guest experience
Ensure all kids club equipment are in proper operational condition and are cleaned on a regular basis.
Ensure all kids' club facilities are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volume.
Notify engineering immediately of any maintenance and repair needs.
Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure a high level of
guest satisfaction.
Deliver a creative, energized and safe activity program for kids and families staying at
the resort.

Responsible business
Review and approve resort kids' activities and services on a regular basis with the Kids Club Manager.
Conduct proper inventory procedures.
Ensure the security and proper storage all kids' club equipment and supplies, and replenish supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste.
Perform other duties as assigned being flexible within the department, maximising efficiency and performance in all areas.

Accountability

• Supervises a team to coordinate resort activities and control kids' facilities.
  
  

General

• Keeping updated on changes to other areas of resort product and communicating such information to the entire Security team on an ongoing basis.
• Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation.
• Complying with Resort Safety & Environment policies, initiatives and legislation.
• Abiding by all Work Place Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations at all times.
• Abiding by the guidelines set out in the Employee Handbook.
