→Consistently meets work schedule.
→Demonstrates critical thinking utilizing all aspects of the nursing process.
→Maintains a safe environment for patients.
→Coordinates health care services with hospital, vendors, physician's offices and other institutions.
→Answers patient/significant others phone calls, evaluate patient's needs, and triage patient care.
→Provides patient/family education using resources available.
→Acts as liaison between patient, significant others and health team members.
→Identifies area for professional growth.
→Participates fully as a member of the Patient Centered Medical Home Team.
→Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Associate Degree Nursing
Nurses hired after September 1, 2026, without a BSN will be required to sign an ADN-to-BSN agreement at the time of hire and must complete a BSN degree by the fifth anniversary of hire into this role
