Senior Staff Software Engineer - .Net, Azure

• →Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET, C#, and related technologies.
• →Design and deploy backend solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, high availability, security, and performance.
• →Contribute to architectural decisions, data modeling, and API design to build efficient and maintainable solutions.
• →Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver new features and improve existing functionality.
• →Design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, including query performance and data integrity.
• →Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• →Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting to identify performance issues and improve service reliability.
• →Maintain technical documentation covering backend processes, API specifications, and infrastructure.

• 5+ years of backend development experience, including at least 3 years working with the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+, and SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, with a solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, branching strategies, automated testing, and deployment workflows, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms, including Redis and Azure Cache.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and secure application development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
